Refund & returns policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
Liquidation pallets are sold as graded lots of overstock, shelf pulls and customer returns. This page explains what that means for you and what we do when something isn't right.
What you're buying
Every listing states the category, grade and unit count. Photos show a representative example of the load, so exact items, brands, sizes and colors will vary from pallet to pallet. Individual units may be open-box or show light handling depending on the grade. Pallets are sold as complete lots, not item by item.
Reporting a problem
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the pallet and the issue. Claims we review include:
- You received a different pallet or category from the one you ordered.
- The grade is clearly different from what the listing stated.
- The unit count is substantially short of the listed count.
- The pallet arrived damaged in transit.
Once we've reviewed your claim we'll get back to you with a resolution, such as a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund, depending on the issue.
What isn't covered
Because loads vary by nature, we can't accept returns for change of mind, for the specific mix of items, brands or sizes on a pallet, or for individual units within a correctly graded lot. Claims made more than 7 days after delivery can't be accepted.
Freight damage
Check your pallet when it arrives. If the wrap or boxes are visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before you sign and take photos. This helps us resolve the claim with the carrier quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post the credit.
